PROVIDENCIALES, Turks and Caicos Islands; Wednesday, July 29th, 2009 - The Public Service Commission (PSC) and the Office of the Public Service Management (OPSM) will be launching the Code of Ethics and Conduct and The Competency Framework for the Public Service on Friday 31st July at 9:30am at the Clement Howell High School auditorium in Blue Hills, Providenciales.
