| HIGHLIGHTING YOUTH POSITIVE EXPERIENCE THROUGH CAMP |
PROVIDENCIALES, Turks and Caicos Islands; Thursday, June 25th, 2009 - The Department of Youth Affairs is hosting its annual Camp HYPE (Highlighting Youth Positive Experience) under the theme "Breaking Out!"
Promised to be a fun and exciting camp, this year, Camp Hype will take place at the Edward C. Gartland Youth Center, Down Town, Providenciales from the 6th to 10th July, 9:00am - 1:00pm daily. There will be sessions on arts and craft, Turks and Caicos Islands studies and sports.
All participants must be nine (9) years of age and older, and can register at the Department of Youth Affairs, Down Town Providenciales and pay a registration fee of $15.00. Due to space limitation, persons are asked come in or call the department on 941-7471 at soon as possible.
Kindly note, participants are required to bring a snack daily, and will not be allowed to leave the compound during Camp hours.
Moreover, the Department of Youth Affairs is kindly encouraging persons to come out and volunteer. Persons may contact the department for further information.
