| ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT HOST FOOD HANDLERS TRAINING FOR SPANISH-SPEAKERS |
GRAND TURK, Turk and Caicos Islands; Monday, November 17, 2008 – The Environmental Health Department wishes to advise food business operators within the island of Grand Turk of a food handler training session that will be conducted in Spanish on Tuesday, December 9, 2008.
Two separate training exercises will be held at the Environmental Health Department's conference room on Dunscombe Alley commencing at 9:00 a.m. and 2:30p.m. The hour and a half long sessions feature a presentation and discussion segment, followed by an evaluation.
Food business operators or owners are urged to take advantage of this valuable opportunity to expose their Spanish speaking food handlers to material that will promote safe food handling.
