| MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT TO MEET FOR THE THIRD (3RD) SITTING OF THE SECOND (2ND) SESSION OF THE FIRST (1ST) HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY OF THE TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS |

PROVIDENCIALES, Turks and Caicos Islands: Sunday, November 16, 2008 - On Monday, November 17th Members of Parliament will meet for the Third Sitting of the Second Session of First House of Assembly on Front Street in the nation's capital, Grand Turk.
On the agenda will be the second and third reading of the: Electricity (Amendment) Bill 2008 (Hon. Minister for Works, Utilities and Communication); Builders (Licensing) Bill 2008 (Hon. Minister for Works, Utilities and Communication); Immigration (Amendment) Bill 2008 (Hon. Minister for Home Affairs); Universities Colleges and Training Institutes Bill 2008 (Hon. Minister for Education, Youth, Sports & Culture); the Private Investigators and Security Guards Bill 2008 (Hon. Minister for Home Affairs) and Airport Development Charge Bill 2008 (Hon. Minister For Finance).
Matters to be tabled include:
Turks and Caicos Investment Agency Audit Report and Financial Statement for the Year Ended 31 March 2007 by Hon. Premier Dr Michael Misick.
The Special Report of the Chief Auditor of the Land and The Registry Department by Hon. Minister for Natural Resources, McAllister Hanchell.
The Clerk to lay on the Table - The Register of Members' Interest 2007
The Honourable House will also see to the appointment of sessional committees along with the oral reply of parliamentary questions.
The session is scheduled to commence at 10:00AM.
