| INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS DAY, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 24TH |
PROVIDENCIALES, Turks and Caicos Islands; Tuesday, October 21st, 2008 - The Turks and Caicos Islands Government Information Service would like to inform the public that this coming Friday, October 24th, is a national holiday.
The day, in keeping with tradition, the third Friday in October will once again be declared as International Human Rights Day.
To this end, the public is hereby advised to make note, as the day is recognized as a national holiday, with all rules applied.
The remaining holidays on the Public Holiday Calendar for 2008 include:
CHRISTMAS DAY, Thursday, DECEMBER 25th
BOXING DAY, Friday, December 26th
